Lake Forest Vikings Track and Field

  • Practices are typically on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 6:00-7:20 pm.
  • First practice is June 1st.
  • Practices are held at the Lake Forest Academy Track.
  • You will need transportation to all meets. A few of our families like to carpool.
  • We will have an end of season cook-out after the California Nationals. Date TBD
