Coach Ted Golota
Coach Golota is the current head coach and founder of the Lake Forest Vikings. He was the head coach for boys and girls track and field at Lake Forest Academy for 8 years. He has also been a hurdle coach at Grayslake Central HS. His accomplishments are listed below.

As a Coach:

In the 4 years of the Lake Forest Vikings existence, his club has produced 2 All-Americans, 11 National Qualifiers, 2 Regional Champions, 20 Regional Qualifiers, 2 Illinois Association Champions. Under his coaching at Lake Forest Academy, the 4x100, 200, 400, and 800 records have been broken outdoors. He also started a competitive indoor track program at LFA. He has had runners go D1 and D3 in his time as head coach with the most recent (Kate Delia being a national champion in the 800m as a freshman). Coach Golota has been coaching for 11 years.

As an Athlete:
· Former record holder for the freshman 55 high hurdles.
· 7th in the indoor state meet for the 55 high hurdles.
· Conference Champion in the 110m Hurdles.
·Collegiate hurdler at North Central College, earning 6th at Conference during his freshman year.
·       2nd on the all-time top ten list for the indoor 55 High hurdles.
·       2nd on the all-time top ten list for the indoor 55 Intermediate
hurdles.
Coach Chrisford Stevens
Coach Stevens has been coaching jumps at Latin HS and is the current Long Jump and Triple Jump coach for the Lake Forest Vikings. He has produced numerous regional and national qualifiers, as well as an All-American. His accolades as an athlete are as follows:

· 3 Time OVC All-Conference Athlete
· 2 Time NCAA D1 Qualifier
· 2018 was Ranked 12th in the Region and 25th in Division 1 for Triple Jump
· Career best 52'4" in the Triple Jump
· Career best 25'1" in the Long Jump
· African Cup of Nations Qualifier in 2021
