Schedule
Practices are on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays froom 6:00-7:15 pm.
The first practice will be on June 2nd. Practices are at the Lake Forest Academy Track.
There will be occasional free optional practices that I will offer and can be attended voluntarily.
You will need transportation to all meets.
If you cannot make it to a meet due to transportation, we can work something out as the date gets closer.
Meets are primarily on Saturdays.
